Tools, Upgrades, and Paid Trials

Tools live in more than one shop. The cabin Tool Shop, the Tab upgrade menu, the R shop, and the Roblox purchase prompt are different surfaces. A locked upgrade that says to buy the tool first is telling you the base item is missing.

Coin and shop tools

Tool What it does How it was obtained Watch for
Hands Starting punch Already owned Hands Hold, Hands Speed, and Grasp. Speed VI at 125 Coins was a later level.
Axe Faster chops than hands Tool Shop wall, observed at 150 Coins Sharpness, Speed, and Hold unlock after you own it. Badge: Sharp Start.
Chainsaw Cuts trees. You still collect and sell the logs. Tool Shop purchase unlocks Cut Speed. Separate Robux products also exist. Badge: Chainsaw Wielder.
Log Vacuum Pulls logs into the bag. It does not replace the Axe. Buy it, then its tab unlocks. Coin and Robux routes have both been described. Badge: Clean Sweep.
Dynamite Area blast. One bomb felled about three trees and could destroy a stump. Cooldown and blast radius can be upgraded. Listed at 2,500 Coins in run footage. Another guide treats later tools as Robux-only. Badge: Demolition Expert.
Backpack More logs per trip Coin upgrades. 175, then 750 were seen, with a later bag near 15,000. Read capacity on the HUD after buying.

Chainsaw products

A store sample from October 12, 2026 listed three Robux options:

Offer Kind Sample price
Trial Saw (5 min) Developer product 25 Robux
Chainsaw - One Run Developer product 49 Robux
Chainsaw Forever Game pass 249 Robux

The same research also saw a 9 Robux prompt and a 10 Robux trial. A physical display in another clip said 2.5 MIN while the purchase prompt said 5 min. The timed saw started when the player paid and was gone when the window ended. Pressing 2 has opened a chainsaw offer by itself. Park a vehicle by the trees before you start a five-minute trial, because walking spends the timer.

The upgrade tab can still say to buy the Chainsaw at the Tool Shop. That is a shop gate for Cut Speed, separate from deciding whether a Robux trial is worth it.

Rainbowmaker

One panel asked 80 Robux and said trees it cuts become rainbow with x4 logs. The same panel said the item is yours for this game and must be bought again next game. A narration that said five logs did not match that panel.

Other passes that have been named

A pass shelf has shown Chainsaw Forever, Axe Forever, Vacuum Forever, Dynamite Forever, Double Luck, Infinite Backpack, and Fast Rolls next to a Clawman class pass. Effects were not read off every card. Read the label. A pass next to a class is not automatically a class.

Before you confirm

Check the currency, whether the words say current game, one run, timed trial, or permanent, and whether the base tool is already owned. After buying, look for the owned mark, the equipped tool, or the new upgrade rows.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Coins, Gems, and a party?

Coins, sometimes labeled cash, pay for the Tool Shop, run upgrades, and Coin vehicles. Gems pay for permanent perks and class cards. Robux covers separate products such as a timed Trial Saw, gem packs, and some passes. A public server holds 15 players. A saved party run is smaller: solo, or you plus up to three friends.

What should I buy first in Chop A Forest?

Punch a tree, pick up the logs, and sell them at the chipper for Coins. In observed footage the Tool Shop Axe cost 150 Coins. Buy that before you sink a long streak of Coins into hand upgrades you are about to replace. Then raise carry space or transport if walking back is the slow part.

Do Chop A Forest runs save?

The official description says solo and friend runs save. That line does not list every item that stays. A Rainbowmaker panel said that offer lasts for the current game and must be bought again next game, and Coin garage vehicles are described as run unlocks. Read each card for current-game, timed-trial, or permanent wording.

Are there working Chop A Forest codes?

No code string has been confirmed for this experience, and inspected gameplay did not show a code-entry button. Use the lobby Rewards stall instead. An October 13 panel showed +35 gems on Daily Reward and a +100 gem Group Reward checklist. Another walkthrough called the one-time social payout 180 gems. Trust the panel in your lobby.

How often do classes restock?

The Classes booth says classes restock about every five minutes and are bought with gems. Sold out is the state of that refresh, not proof the class was removed. A run can also show a Robux price on the same card. Check the currency before you confirm.
